enkompas
network management and support services
consist of network monitoring, network
hardware and software maintenance, and
network device configuration. enkompas
will provide technical assistance by telephone,
remote access into the customer’s
network and/or on-site visits.
enkompas will utilize
network engineers to perform network device
management and support. The network engineer
may escalate server support incidents
to a system engineer to resolve server
infrastructure issues.
The following network monitoring services
will be performed:
Monitor network connectivity 24 hours
by 7 days per week.
The following hardware and software
maintenance services will be performed
periodically as needed:
- Assess network bandwidth utilization.
- Assess network device processor utilization.
- Assess network device health.
- Backup network device configuration
to offline media.
- Update network device software.
- Coordinate network connectivity &
bandwidth issues with the current ISP.
- Coordinate hardware support of network
devices with hardware vendor.
- Coordinate operating system support
of network devices with operating system
vendor.
The following management services will
be performed as needed:
- Add/Delete/Modify network route definitions.
- Add/Delete/Modify network access control
lists.
- Perform general network configuration
and troubleshooting duties as required.
