Network Assessment enables you to identify areas in which action is immediately required. Deliverables

Upon completion of the network assessment, enkompas will provide:

Technology Infrastructure Review:
A detailed report of existing infrastructure including all servers and network devices, configurations, software update levels, utilization rates, throughputs and capacities.

Technology Infrastructure Blueprint and Recommendations:
A detailed blueprint will be provided for our recommended network infrastructure including firewall, routers, switches, internet connection, inter-office connections, business partner connections and servers.

Technology Infrastructure Project Plan:
A project plan will be developed to implement the Technology Infrastructure Blueprint. The plan will include hardware and software recommendations, time estimates, business benefits and risks.

Outsourcing Contract:
An outline of the outsource contract will be co-developed and will enable enkompas to develop cost and break-even analysis that will deliver efficiency improvements and cost containment that were not available to your company in the past.
