:: enkompas Customer Relations Department

enkompas would like to announce the launching of our Customer Relations Department, beginning in February, 2005. Emily Pastor is leading this area in ensuring 100% customer satisfaction across all fronts. Follow ups will be made via telephone and email upon conclusion of all project/support activity to ensure customer satisfaction levels remain consistently high. An enkompas newsletter will be sent out quarterly to keep you informed of any enkompas news or current events. Periodic in person meetings will be schedules for purposes of strategy sessions. Our goal of this department is to work with our customers, facilitate any problems they may have, and become their strategic partner.

In December, 2004 DealerTEK Systems, LLC (DealerTEK) was formed through a strategic partnership between enkompas and WorldDealer, Inc., a retail automotive marketing company that provides web-based solutions and other services to auto dealers.

As a result of this convergence of IT Best Practices and real-world retail automotive experience, DealerTEK can supply mission critical technology to retail automotive dealer groups across the continental United States. We work closely with your DMS company and 3rd party technology vendors to provide direction and negotiate costs and services that fit your dealership's needs. As the trend towards dealership consolidation and acquisition continues, there is increased need for systems integration across all locations as well as "centralized" hosting of the DMS. Dealers that are in an acquisition mode must provide for a smooth transition of additional dealerships into the organization. This is often times not easily accomplished. In addition, dealer groups looking for greater efficiencies and cost savings can benefit from DealerTEK's specialized services.
