To Our Valued Customers, We are experiencing an event which has not been seen in our lifetime. The Coronavirus pandemic is creating challenges that continue to unfold. These challenges are requiring us to think differently and to be innovative as we protect our staff and continue to serve you, our customers and friends.
While there is not a playbook for anyone reference for next steps, we do have to ensure the fundamental capabilities of our organizations are able to perform, although differently. Since the requirement for working remotely and social distancing was implemented two weeks ago, our priorities have been the safety of our team and setting them up to work remotely. The uncertainty of how long we may be living in the “current new normal” lingers. The US Government is expected to pass a new stimulus plan imminently. The details of that package are still coming into focus. It appears the goal of the plan is to assist “everyone” for up to three months. This piece of information starts to provide some context around the possible length of time we will need to work fully, or partially in the current state.
Here at enkompas we have the same situations to manage through.I am proud to tell you, due to the hard work and strong effort of our leadership and technical teams, we are open for business with our team members working from their homes, except when it is necessary for a team member to perform work at an essential client’s work site. We are here to field all support requests, monitor all equipment, and keep all equipment patched and secure so you can function.
We have a strong business resiliency model in place that enables us to remain 100 percent functional during these trying times. We would like to make the same resiliency model available to you, our friends and colleagues, to enable your business to remain in the best working order for as long as necessary. We have the capabilities to make Data, Applications, Voice, and a Collaboration platform available to you with the same tools we are using.
